" Zenki ZZT-231 Project "
OEM ECM : Some Calibrations can be carried out, however there are limitations with this method.
This approach is ideal for a customer who wants nothing more then a factory airbox with high flow air filter and TRD axel back or Bespoke DTM Dreamworks system.
Piggy Back or Complete Stand Alone : For these types of systems labor starts at 119.00 USD Per Hour. It is at our disgression as to weather we will accept you're vehicle, along with we only accept such tuning by apointment. Customers should expect at least 4-5 hours standard and to have the car down for possibly two days out service.
DTM Dreamworks Management : Motorsport unit capable of total control of the Zenki ZZT-231 architecture. CALL OR EMAIL
STREET / CLUB : This is a pre-set or semi-adjutable Strut Type Shock Spring combonation.
There is no guess work, this is the best suspension for those who wish to do club racing and still have performance on the street. Our ride height has been optimized. CONTACT FOR PRICING
MOTORSPORT : This is a complete race application, it is also only for sale to customers who can provide evidence of actual race usage. This is highly based around our own ZZT-231 Super Endurence racer. A complete multi way adjustable suspension, featuring remote resivors and can be modifed to the users requirements. The unit is also a strut and can be serviced. CALL OR EMAIL
2ZZ-GE ( STREET ) : We provide a very long list of items. All of the items we provide for street cars is focused on response and refined power, along with emissions. We have two options A & B.
OPTION A. The cylinder head is in short cleaned, inspected, tested and matched. The camshafts
are then replaced with camshafts that are designed for response and widen the power band and producing more power thru the entire rev range. The Valve's, The Guids, Valve Seats, The Shim/Buckets, The Lift Bolts. Sometimes special modifications are made.
NOTE : OPTION A, can be used with out engine-management we recommend for the best results.
NOTE : OPTION A, if you are using a sports exhuast aftermarket or our design we recommend basic refinements to the management architecture.
OPTION B. The cylinder head recieves all of pluss more revision's over that of OPTION A. The cylinder is in short : The valve's, Guids, Seats, Lift Bolts, Shim/Buckets, Camshafts, Valve Springs & hardware are all replaced. The modifications are focused more towards long duration high rpm driving.
Suppliment Modifications are available : This falls under technical / consultation. At this time a fee may or may not be required.
We recommend : We offer a high capacity Oil Pump that is designed to function under harsh prolonged conditions. This is similar to that of our Motorsport Pump. This was made cost merely made somewhat more cost effective. ( A CORE MAYBE REQUIRED OR ACCEPTED. )
( We are not going to display images and or disclose technical information. So do not even bother asking! ) We have spent a decade in the developement of our 2ZZ-GE solutions.
2ZZ-GE ( MOTORSPORT ) We have a complete solution, the solution can be staged however
these a complete race engine is ( leased and under contract as is the consultation. ) These are not for sale to the public.

EXHUAST SYSTEMS : We only provide complete systems and three types to the public.
OPTION A : This is a axel back and light weight in design, however our design also factors in vehicle weight distribution. Ideal for a customer who wants good street performance. The specific alloy will not be disclosed. Ideal for usage with Option A. This system is hand made on a jig.
OPTION B : This system includes the Catalitic Converter back to the muffler. This further refines the performance and provides excellent performance. We again do not disclose technical spec's.
Ideal for usage with Option B. This system too is hand made on a jig.
OPTION C : This system is designed as a one piece system from the header all the way back to the muffler. It is probably if not the most developed system on the market then it is surely one of the most.
This unit had 4 years of developement. Only out preformed by the complete race unit for our Super Endurence Racer. A 10 year developement.
Every aspect from weight savings to balence to performance and emissions was calculated.
There is no guess work here. The down side is that we are not interested out of state. The only
locations these are offerd is California or Japan. The material is made from Titanium or Inconcel only. These are each hand made on a jig.

Management : { Notice : Both variants had some revisions made and Toyota had also equiped additional sensors etc } And so though it may appear identical it does not work quite like that.
If you plan on using a piggy back, you need to consider many more factors. However some
can be nullified due to the nature of a piggy pack.
If you plan on using a standalone, although you will be capable of more aggressive or complex tuning you also will need to consider that you are starting pretty much from a base templet. For customers who are serious should call.
